What sparked the idea behind your brand?

However, most of the bag charms I found were either plastic or stuffed animals, which didn’t complement the sophistication of a designer brand like Hermès. I wanted something upscale, elegant, and of better quality. That’s when I discovered Tammy Flower, a designer renowned for creating luxury bag charms. Since 2021, she has designed over 40 styles in 70+ variations, and her focus on craftsmanship truly inspired me. I knew I wanted to bring her unique Hermès-compatible charms to a wider audience.
What inspired you to transform the traditional bag lock into something more creative and functional?
As a buyer and seller of pre-owned luxury handbags like the Hermès Birkin, I often saw people parting with their bags without the original lock and keys. They just never used them. It made me wonder why these beautiful Hermès locks were left unused. The answer was simple—the original lock is functional, but it’s quite plain and doesn’t add much to the overall look.
